Proverbs 11:25 says, “Those who refresh others will themselves be refreshed.” Through the support of people, the certainty of my purpose, persistence, notable progress, and the power prayer, I have seen firsthand how true this scripture is. Sadly, too many educators experience frustration, exhaustion and discouragement, and end up leaving the profession they once believed was their calling. Refreshing Educators is building a support network to REV up education so that teachers feel REFRESHED, ENCOURAGED AND VALUED.

Dr. Chelsea Foster is the CEO of Refreshing Educators. She is a credentialed and experienced educator, school administrator and Human Resource Manager who has served on school, university and nonprofit boards, participated in several accreditation teams, and helped organizations and individuals to navigate micro and macro changes. She understands the unique dynamics of education in the traditional public school, charter school and private school sectors. Her expertise has focused on identifying ways that educational leaders can provide sound educational opportunities for marginalized communities despite political, economic and race challenges. Dr. Chelsea is also a published author, a career coach, writing coach, grant writer, and a ministry leader who cares about the generations to come.
