Dr. Chelsea Foster is the CEO of Refreshing Educators. She is a certified Spanish, ESL, English, and History teacher. In addition, she is a credentialed and experienced school administrator and Human Resource Manager who has served on school, university and nonprofit boards, participated in several accreditation teams, and helped organizations and individuals to navigate micro and macro changes. She understands the unique dynamics of education in the traditional public school, charter school and private school sectors. Her expertise has focused on identifying ways that educational leaders can provide sound educational opportunities for marginalized communities despite political, economic and race challenges. Dr. Chelsea is also a published author, a writing coach, and a ministry leader who cares about the generations to come.
